At last ... the keyboard gets something

The keyboard is possibly the least changing part of computers.
A new keyboard with small OLED display beneath every key displaying its function has been available since 2005. The price tag of 470 USD is possibly the reason behind its diminished popularity; after all the computer itself does not cost that much now

The advantage of such a programmable keyboard is it can easily switch between different layouts, different languages, and even between cases of the same layout and language; for example when caps lock or num lock are pressed. Better yet, it can implement the applications keys on the fly.
